Terms of Service — Office Sathi

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Office Sathi (the "Platform"), operated by Office Sathi Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Accounts and KYC

Tenants, owners and brokers must complete KYC verification before transacting on the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Listings and Bookings

Owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Tenants are responsible for inspecting spaces and reviewing terms before booking. Office Sathi facilitates the connection but is not a party to the underlying lease or licence agreement.

5. Payments and Payouts

All payments are processed through approved payment partners. Owner payouts are scheduled monthly, typically on the 5th of each calendar month, subject to platform fees and applicable taxes (including GST).

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the booking type and the time elapsed before the start date. Specific terms are shown at checkout and are binding on both parties.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to (a) post false or misleading listings, (b) circumvent the Platform to avoid fees, (c) harass other users, (d) upload unlawful content, or (e) attempt to compromise Platform security.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, except user-submitted content, is the property of Office Sathi Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Office Sathi is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding three months.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
